After gaining a degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Sue began her career in the hotel sector, culminating in Group Training Manager for Norfolk Capital Hotels.
In 1987 Sue then joined the contract catering industry, holding the post of Human Resources Manager responsible for 3,500 employees across 300 sites, and then as Regional Director before founding The Brookwood Partnership with Kate and Graham.
