Pastry Chef (Guildford)

We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our professional team working in our busy kitchen. The job will involve preparing hot and cold desserts; bread making and a selection of afternoon cakes daily. We are based in the centre of Guildford at an independent boys school and feed over 800 customers a day.

Deputy Catering Manager (Near Egham, Surrey)

c£25000

Brookwood specialises in independent school catering. Do not think of school meals as you know them. This site, in lovely surroundings, with a brand new kitchen, provides a high quality international menu on a daily basis to a sophisticated student group of over 20 different nationalities. Added to this is a busy hospitality service. An attention to detail that can be applied in both food production as well as service is essential.

This is a boarding school that operates all year round and requiring management cover at all services. This means the deputy will often take charge on the management rota. This is a flagship site and we would expect the candidate will want to participate in Brookwood initiatives.
