Paul has worked in the catering business for over 25 years. He has an extensive experience of many areas of the industry from high street restaurants to licensed premises.
Having entered the contract catering business, Paul made steady progression from Trainee Manager to Operations Manager, responsible for the UK and European operations of a large financial company. He has managed a wide variety of different sites, from coffee shops to staff restaurants to fine dining executive facilities.
Paul joined The Brookwood Partnership in August 2009. He believes that the Brookwood values mirror the approach to business that he has always believed in.
