Emma joined The Brookwood Partnership in May 2007 and was promoted to Operations Manager in March 2009, where she intends to further improve client relations with her passion for good food and dedication to getting the best from her team.
Emma studied Hospitality Management at university gaining a BA (hons). Her study lead her to a spell working in the USA. Her time at university was financed through a job as a Restaurant Manager, enabling her to put the theory into practice. Upon graduating in 2004 Emma started a catering franchise at a prestigious Golf Club.
Since joining The Brookwood Partnership she has worked as Group Manager for our Kensington and Chelsea contract and as General Manager at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.
