Andrew joined the Brookwood Partnership to focus on his love for food and people and to work for a company that matches his desire to provide only the very best standards every day.
Andrew studied at the Birmingham College of Food for an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management and then went on to New Hampshire College in the United States to achieve a BSc Degree in Business Management.
Andrew started his career in some of London’s top hotels in various roles such as Restaurant Manager, Room Service Manager and Conference and Banqueting Manager. He then returned to the United States to New York City to help develop a new coffee and sandwich concept called "Sandbox".
