Emilia combines continental catering heritage with strong operational expertisEmilia’s culinary heritage stretches back to her catering and hospitality training in the heart of France. Steeped in the art and science of preparing and delivering excellent quality food with a continental perspective she focuses upon providing consistently outstanding food to the children at all the schools which she looks after.
Emilia’s career has taken her from the kitchen to the boardroom. She understands all aspects of food, service and catering management having work her way up through the ranks and having distinguished herself by combining a flair for distinctive food, which makes an impact with customers, and a down to earth practical insight into the management of catering as a business.
A graduate, of one of the top British universities, she applies her experience and intellect to finding the best possible solution to the challenges faced by her clients. In doing this she makes use of the rigorous analytical techniques developed during her degree course at University College London (UCL).
Her career in catering has spanned nearly 20 years, with 16 of these being dedicated to the education sector. Before joining Brookwood she was an operations manager, with a national competitor. She has repeatedly demonstrated that her focus is upon providing high quality food day-in day-out at the same time as meeting stretching client expectations and inspiring her team to continually enhance the quality of the food and service that they provide..
